Hi! I’m Katharine, founder of Birdies Design Co.—a creative studio born from a love of storytelling, intentional design, and bringing bold ideas to life.
I grew up in Darien, CT and studied at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, where I was on the alpine ski team and discovered my passion for creative work. During my junior and senior years, I was as the lead designer and creative director for the college football team, which sparked the beginnings of what would eventually become Birdies Design Co.
Now based in Massachusetts, I proudly serve clients locally and love traveling throughout New England—including Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and beyond—for weddings, events, and special projects.
After designing and planning my own wedding from start to finish (truly a dream come true!), I’ve become even more passionate about helping others bring their visions to life. Whether you’re a bride looking for bespoke details, a business ready to stand out, or an individual with an idea that’s ready to take flight—I’m here to help make it happen, beautifully and intentionally.
